I bought a 2023 Nissan Rogue Platinum 2 weeks ago and the vehicle has been wonderful. The sales team were Amazing and I left feeling happy and satisfied with my purchase. The only negative experience is that it is Super difficult to get anyone from the Sales or Accounting teams to follow up. We still have unfinished business. 2 weeks after, my old vehicle loan is still unpaid and my bank is calling me. I can’t get any information for the new financing institution. I have been calling for over a week and leaving voice messages and No one returns my calls. I am extremely disappointed. I feel like they won the sale but now they are losing my trust. I expect better Universal Nissan! Good Customer Service is about maintaining credibility and integrity with customers. Please call me urgently so we can complete the unfinished business.Update (Later that Day):Universal Nissan has restored my faith in the integrity of their business operations. Victor and the team promptly reached out to me today and clarified the outstanding follow-up issues. Again I certainly had an initial good interaction with their sales team and I am pleased with my vehicle purchase.
