He kept me in the loop through the waiting process and is always such a pleasure to work with. My husband and I won’t go to anyone else because Richie treats us like family and we know as long as we bring our business here we will be treated well!

"Very Pleased" Great Service, with an awesome Sales Associate (Alex Vazquez)... Very Pleased with new automobile purchase????Alex was awesome and provided wife and I with the best options available. Second vehicle I purchased from Universal Nissan with Alex. This Experience was just as Great as with my first automobile purchase.
