I was absolutely blown away with the level of service ever we received at Universal Nissan! Our salesman, Albert, is a true gem! I visited 3 other dealers before visiting Albert and no other salesman could reach Albert’s level of hospitality, patience, and kindness. He was so humble and funny. Most dealers I’ve dealt with were pushy and impatient. I’m not very car tech savvy but Albert was patient in explaining each feature in detail giving me so much confidence. He also gave us realistic reasons for why certain features would be beneficial to have, things I hadn’t even considered. He even gave us honest and affordable suggestions based on our current and future needs concerning our growing family. After seeing our options, Albert and his manager worked with us diligently to give us the best deal possible. We were truly amazed with this team! I'm so happy we made the decision to visit!
