The Dodge Journey is Chrysler's small crossover SUV, with seating for seven. It is available in two different trim levels: SE and Crossroad.
Just one engine is available for 2020--a 2.4L 4-cylinder that makes 173 horsepower and 166 ft-lbs. of torque. The Journey has an EPA-estimated fuel mileage of 19 mpg city and 25 mpg highway.
The SE starts at a bargain price but still maintains a solid feature list that includes 17-inch wheels, heated exterior mirrors, deep-tint sunscreen glass, roof rails, keyless entry with push-button start, dual-zone climate control, an audio system with a USB port, a tilt/telescoping steering wheel and power windows and locks.
The Journey Crossroad comes with a bigger 8.4-inch touchscreen, leather trimmed seats, a 10-way power adjustable driver's seat, fog lamps, LED taillights, 19-inch black aluminum wheels, LED interior lighting, SiriusXM satellite radio and Uconnect w/ Bluetooth.
All Journeys come with a variety of standard safety features, including driver and passenger airbags, front-side airbags and curtain side airbags that extend to all seating rows. Also available are anti-lock brakes, an anti-skid system, traction control and a ParkView rear camera.

The SE Popular Equipment Group package is all-new for 2020 which adds Uconnect Voice Command with Bluetooth, SiriusXM satellite radio, a leather wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, three-zone climate control, a power driver's seat, upgraded upholstery and an alarm to the base SE Value trim. Powerful V6 Engine
The Dodge Journey continues into 2020 essentially unchanged, though a new Popular Equipment Group option package has been introduced this year, bundling a variety of features into one place. It's available on both trim levels, though it includes additional features when ordered with the up-level Journey Crossroad trim. Meanwhile, the GT trim level and AWD option are no longer available.
The Dodge Journey competes in the crowded small SUV and crossover market. Offering an array of model choices, the Journey can be optioned quite nicely despite its low base price. A more powerful-than-average available V6 makes it reasonably quick for this segment of vehicles.
